Shipping costs
We calculate the shipping costs for a delivery based on the net order value. We take into account the weight, the type of packaging and the dimensions. The goods are always shipped from our warehouse in Geithain. If there are several parcels and pallets, these are sent together as one delivery. A large part of our furniture and furnishing elements are shipped on pallets. Additional shipping costs are incurred for custom-made products with excess length, goods that cannot be transported as general cargo and direct deliveries with scheduled delivery.

International shipping costs
Delivery to other countries is possible in principle. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for shipping goods to your destination country. Please contact us for this purpose.
Note on the transport of furniture by forwarding agent
The transport is especially designed for customer satisfaction, service and protection of the furniture. The standard shipping method is on one-way pallets to the kerbside of the delivery address. In this regard, check the transport route to the final place of use. The delivery date will be agreed with you in advance by the forwarding agent.
